Unfortunately they didn’t have the part, but were super helpful in leading me to someone who did. Says a lot about a company when they are honest and want to truly help!

Eli welcomed me into the repair shop at the time of my appointment, and had just finished assembling the exact same eBike for another customer, so I knew he would know exactly how to repair my failed front brake and do a tune up and safety check of my own assembly from a year ago. In and out in an hour and very happy. Will be returning with my other eBike next week, for a safety check, brake adjustment, and anything else he finds! Highly recommended!
